Srushti Dehmukh was preparing to sit for UPSC when she was in her final year of her engineering bachelor's degree. The parents of her encouraged her to concentrate on civil work and to find a job serving the people. Her motivation never waned and was focused at her dream to become an IAS. Each day she allocated time for exam preparation. She mastered the engineering tests in only one-and-a-half months and stayed away from social activities. Her focus is crucial to be able to pass the test for government jobs and work in civil service. She was extremely committed to passing the test, and she put in a good deal of effort.
